Wellness Club – All Access Membership (Revive Rewards Included)

Membership is a 12-month agreement with monthly auto-draft.

Membership includes unlimited access to the following wellness services: CryoLounge, HydroMassage, LightStim LED Photo Facials, Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy, and Restorative Healing Red Light Therapy. Usage is limited to one session per day, per service category.

Services may not be shared or transferred. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Membership may be paused for up to 3 months per calendar year at $15/month. During a pause, billing is suspended and all rewards and perk progress are frozen.

Early cancellation before completion of the 12-month term incurs a $99 early termination fee.
